Lake Wisconsin!!! This is a rare opportunity to get a great piece of property on Lake Wisconsin. The lot has 96 feet of water frontage that has recently been rip rapped. The lot itself is 17,729 sg. ft. This home is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom bungalow that is very livable but will most likely be a rebuild for the purchasers in the future. It also features a 22 x 20 two car detached garage and a newer 20 x 16 boat house. There is also a woodburning fireplace and some other minor upgrades that make this house very cozy. There is the Okee conservancy park across the street with walking trails so know one will be building there. Another nice attraction is you are walking distance to Okee Beach Park and a few miles from Gibralter County Park. This property is being sold as is!!
